Wissenschaftliche Instrumente

Die Gruppe Wissenschaftliche Instrumente entwickelt opto-mechanische Systeme für den Betrieb an erdgebundenen Sonnenteleskopen, Ballon-Teleskopen und für den Weltraum. Diese Instrumente werden eingesetzt an den deutschen Sonnenteleskopen am Observatorium Teneriffa, am Daniel K. Inouye Solar Telescope (DKIST) am Observatorium Haleakala, Maui, Hawaii, USA, sowie auf dem Ballon-Teleskop Sunrise des Max-Planck-Instituts für Sonnensystemforschung, Göttingen, und der ESA-Mission Solar Orbiter.
